How quickly things change.
I got word this morning of some things that Steve did in his past that have me really really re-thinking this whole thing. He was younger - yes, but sometimes people really don't change.
He is trying very hard to prove to me that he loves me and that everything that has gone wrong was his doing.
Still - I have to re-think some things. I'm going to back off- I'm going to explain to him that I have to stay home for awhile - in the midst of all of the clean up and gardening, I just don't know how I feel.

the whole reason you moved out was to find some peace with yourself... if this new information is very disturbing then take some time to figure what YOU need. again - like you said it was in the past ... people can change, im living proof of that ... true love will and can change things as well... i still think that the two of you could use some sort of counseling if nothing else it will help you understand yourself better.... i read this book a few weeks ago and i thought about you and your situation with steve ... i will look for it here and get it for you (i got it from the library) i think it will give you a true prospective of what you are looking for ... love ya and see ya in a week or so...
